At Latitude26 tropical mixers™ our mission is to always delight and therefore customer satisfaction is paramount. Likewise we are consumed with product safety and the safety of our customers. Therefore, due to the nature of of products which can be perishable our return policy is seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Returns after this time period cannot be accepted. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of return products will be expediently evaluated and a refund issued as long as the criteria above is met.
Full or partial refunds may be available for damaged product, incorrect product, or customer dissatisfaction. If applicable and following evaluation, you will receive an email indicating the status and the amount to be refunded. Refunds made to credit cards and most other merchant accounts will be processed and deposited to your account within 24-48 hours.
For late or missing refunds please first check your bank account or credit card company. Depending
on the merchant processing times may vary before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate coupon will be emailed to you. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
